The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Opinions Committee on General Affairs dated April 7, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

On April 7, 2021, the General Affairs Committee met. The college is informed of the opinions given by this committee and the commitments made.

The College notes the opinions and commitments of the April 7, 2021 General Affairs Committee.

3. ENSIA 2020 DigiD and Suwi Son en Breugel / Hans Gaillard

The college will account for the state of information security within the municipal organization for the year 2020. This is based on the Uniform Standards Single lnformation Audit (= ENSIA) system. In this document the accountability for DigiD and Suwinet.

College Decision:

  1. To determine that accountability for DigiD has been provided in the college statement;
  2. Determine that accountability for Suwinet has been provided in the college statement;
  3. To adopt the Council Information Letter.

4. Decision on objection to recovery decision Tozo / Paul van Liempd

On November 19, 2020, the College decided to recover the excess advance provided under Article 58(2)(d) of the Participation Act. The advance had been provided under the Temporary Bridging Scheme for Self-Employed Persons (Tozo). On November 20, 2020, the college received a notice of objection from the objector against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

The college decides:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;
  2. uphold the contested decision;
  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

5. Decision on objection Participation Act / Paul van Liempd

On October 28, 2020, the college decides to deny the request for reimbursement in the cost of a bicycle, pannier and freezer. On November 3, 2020, the college receives an objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;
  2. uphold the contested decision;
  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

6. National Covenant on Early Warning / Paul van Liempd

The National Early Warning Covenant facilitates cooperation between suppliers and municipalities. Suppliers report worrisome payment arrears on fixed expenses such as rent, energy, water and health insurance to the municipalities. The college is asked to adopt the agreement to the covenant after which the mayor can sign the agreement (digitally).

College Decision:

  1. To take notice of the National Covenant on Early Warning;
  2. Adopt the agreement "LCV agreement def" as per the draft.
