1. Internal (not public) decision list and public decision list dated September 5, 2023 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen 

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Decision on objection request Open Government Act - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

On May 11, 2023, the college issued a decision on a request under the Open Government Act (Woo). On June 7, 2023, the college received an objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;
  2. uphold the contested decision;
  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

3. KCA depot Environmental street - Jan Boersma

On June 13, 2023, the municipality was informed by Blink that the existing KCA depot did not pass the recent inspection properly. A number of issues were identified that need to be repaired. Over the summer, we explored two options with Blink and an outside party. Replacement of the current KCA depot is the best solution.The college will inform the city council about this.

The college decides to inform the city council about the replacement of the KCA depot through the council information letter.


4. Covenant Urban Area Eindhoven 2023 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

The Covenant Urban Area Eindhoven 2023 is an updated version of the current covenant. The update follows the approval of the (new) Cooperation Agenda SGE 2023 by the nine municipal councils in the urban area. The Administrative Platform of the SGE asks the colleges of the nine participating municipalities to adopt the covenant as an elaboration of cooperation agenda.

College Decision:

  • To adopt the Covenant Urban Area Eindhoven 2023;
  • To release the Covenant Urban Area Eindhoven 2023 for signature in the Administrative Platform by the Mayor.

5. Adoption of Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27a zoning plan - Jelle de Jong 

Your college has approved the draft zoning plan to allow residential development at Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27a. The draft zoning plan was available for public inspection from June 29 to August 9. Three views were received on the draft zoning plan after the expiration of the viewing period, which are therefore inadmissible. Some minor changes to the image and to the plan rules have been proposed. At the conclusion of this process the zoning plan "Son Midden; Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27a" can, after some minor changes, be presented to the council for adoption.

College Decision:

  • To propose that the council adopt the zoning plan "Son Midden; Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27a" with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP305SONMIDDEN-VA01" as amended and make it available digitally;
  • To propose that the council decide not to adopt an exploitation plan for zoning plan "Son Midden; Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27a" pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act.

6. One-time start-up grant Repair-Café - Steven Grevink

At the request of the Seniors Council, the PVGE, the KBO, Son division, the KBO, Breugel division and the HOihuis worked together to establish a Repair Café Son and Breugel. The establishment will require investment in wheeled toolboxes, light boxes above the work tables and a isolation transformer. The total costs for this are estimated at € 1,500.- The board of the HOiHuis requests a one-time start-up subsidy of € 1,500.- for the establishment.

College Decision:

  • To establish an occasional grant scheme for the HOi House to establish a Repair Café Son en Breugel;
  • To provide the HOi House Board with an occasional grant of €1,500 for this purpose in the year 2023.
