2. Agenda joint Civil and Territory Affairs committees dated January 19, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
The college discussed the agenda for the January 19, 2021, joint Civil Affairs and Territory committees.
3. Request in principle Wolfswinkel construction house plot G257 / John Frenken
On October 1, a request in principle was received to build one dwelling on Wolfswinkel, cadastral G257. The parcel lies within the Buitengebied zoning plan; there is now no possibility to realize a dwelling. Under Requirements regarding environmental aspects and urban development, cooperation can be granted to a zoning plan revision for this parcel. A space-for-space title will have to be purchased.
The college decides:
1. to grant its cooperation in principle to the zoning change from "agricultural" to "living and garden" for part of parcel Wolfswinkel, cadastral G257, for the purpose of building one dwelling;
2. to grant cooperation to the construction of one space-for-space dwelling under the above-mentioned spatial preconditions and Requirements from an environmental point of view;
3. to conclude an anterior agreement to be drawn up with the initiator.
4. Entrance Meubelplein / Jan Boersma
Pétrusse Holdco 3 S.a.r.l. has adapted the entrance from Ekkersrijt 4,000 to the parking deck of the Furniture Square with the approval of the municipality of Son en Breugel. With the adaptation of the driveway, the access to the parking deck of the Furniture Square has been improved. The driveway has already been completed. All that remains is to legally secure the land use.
The college decides:
1. to lease the municipal land surrounding the furniture plaza on the furniture boulevard, cadastrally known as Son en Breugel section B number 2879 (ged.), measuring 1,660 m2 to Pétrusse Holdco 3 S.a.r.l.(owner of the furniture plaza);
2. agree to the attached draft lease agreement and offer it to Pétrusse Holdco 3 S.a.r.l. for signature.
5. Rate works for third parties 2021 / Jan Boersma
To settle work that the municipality performs for third parties, it is important that the college sets the rates for this. The college itself can make this decision because it is a private act. By choosing a determination basis, the rates can be easily and unambiguously redetermined annually.
The College decides:
1. to adopt the rates 'works for third parties 2021';
2. to approve the basis on which the rates are based.
6. Active disclosure Wmo Supervision Reports by GGD Brabant Zuidoost / Paul van Liempd
The GGD Brabant Zuidoost is our supervisor in the field of the Wmo. The Lower House wants the Wmo supervision reports to be actively made public. The General Board of the GGD Brabant Zuidoost has decided to comply with this as a region. To initiate this disclosure, the GGD board asks the 21 colleges in the region to agree to the corresponding policy rules.
The College decides:
1. to take note of the decision of the GGD General Board regarding the disclosure of Wmo supervision reports;
Adopt the 'Policy Rules for Active Disclosure of Wmo Monitoring Reports';
3. to mandate the publication of the supervision reports to the Director of Public Health of the GGD Brabant Zuidoost, in accordance with the mandate decision.
