The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Pits 3 / Hans Gaillard
In response to the enforcement request, the college decided to take enforcement action against the four shelter huts realized on the Pits 3 property by imposing an order under penalty.
The college decides to agree to the imposition of an order under penalty for the removal of the four shelters.
3. ENSIA 2021 DigiD and Suwinet / Hans Gaillard
The college of the municipality of Son en Breugel accounts for the year 2021 on the state of information security within the municipal organization. This is based on the Uniform Standards Single lnformation Audit (= ENSIA) system. ln this document the accountability for DigiD and Suwinet.
The College decides:
1. determine that accountability on DigiD has been provided;
2. to establish that accountability for Suwinet has been rendered.
4. Answering written questions VVD regarding "Media Forest Management" / Paul van Liempd
The college agrees to answer the VVD's written questions on "Media Forest Management."
5. Corona access grant scheme 2022 / Jos de Bruin
During the period from Sept. 22, 2021, to March 23, 2022, several locations were subject to the requirement that the public be admitted only with a valid coronagraph admission ticket (CTB) and a valid identity document. For a number of organizations and entrepreneurs, this meant that CTB and identity document checks were required prior to site admission. It was decided from the government to provide a specific payment to municipalities to support compliance with the verification requirement of the
corona access certificate for the period from January 1, 2022 to March 26, 2022. Previously, a specific payment was provided from the State for the period up to December 31, 2021.
College Decision:
- To adopt the Temporary Subsidy Regulation Supporting Compliance Control of Corona Access Tickets Municipality of Son and Breugel 2022;
- To grant a mandate to the City Clerk to decide (grant/refuse) applications under the Temporary Grant Scheme, with the possibility of submandating;
- To account for the income and expenses of the Temporary Grant Scheme on "enforcement" and include this in the first administrative report 2022;
- To inform the council about the Temporary Grant Scheme through the text for the Council Information Letter.
6. Financing needs 2022 / Jan Boersma
A long-term money loan in the amount of € 14 million with a term of 20 years will be raised for 2022. It is proposed to authorize the Finance portfolio holder up to a maximum of € 14 million.
College Decision:
- To agree to raise a long-term money loan as proposed;
- Agree to mandate the Finance portfolio holder to raise financial resources up to a maximum of €14 million.
7. Covenant Stichting Belangenbehartiging Mantelzorgers Son en Breugel / Paul van Liempd
A new covenant will be concluded with the Stichting Belangenbehartiging mantelzorgers Son en Breugel. This covenant is the prelude to a new informal care policy. The covenant also identifies concrete actions that will be set in motion in the short term.
College Decision:
- enter into a new covenant with the Stichting Belangenbehartiging Mantelzorgers Son en Breugel;
- To authorize Alderman Paul van Liempd to sign the covenant;
- For the cost of employing a family care broker, provide the Lev Group with an additional grant of a one-time €10,000 for 2022.
