4. Municipal building management plan 2025 to 2033.Annually, the management plan "municipal buildings & social accommodations" should be updated so that the implementation program and the allocations required for this purpose remain current. The last update took place in 2015, the current management plan is fully updated. After updating, a structural increase in the annual allocation proved necessary. The structural increase of annual allocation and increasing the budget for daily maintenance, has already been processed and included in the multi-year budget 2025-2028, which was adopted by the council on November 7, 2024. Adoption of this management plan gives substance to the structural increase in annual allocations. By offering this management plan informatively to the province of North Brabant, we also give substance to the Budget and Accountability Decree (BBV). Therefore, we ask the college to adopt the management plan "municipal buildings & social accommodations 2025-2033". The college decides to adopt the management plan "municipal buildings & community accommodations 2025-2033". |

6. Educational disadvantage policy (OAB) municipality of Son and Breugel 2025Every child has the right to develop and use his or her talents to the fullest, regardless of the opportunities in the home situation. The educational disadvantage policy (OAB) focuses on ensuring that all children have the same developmental opportunities. The existing policy from 2019 needs to be updated. An important tool to combat educational disadvantage is early childhood education (VVE). Early childhood education concerns toddlers (2 to 4 years old) in the vve-certified childcare facility (VE facility/location) and early childhood education concerns preschoolers (4 to 6 years old) in elementary school. This policy document describes the vision and objectives regarding educational disadvantages in Son en Breugel. This is made more concrete in agreements made with the parties involved: the childcare, primary education, the consultation office and the municipality. It also describes how the municipality subsidizes the offer and what this means for parents who make use of it. |
