The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Application for environmental permit Snijderstraat / Hans Gaillard
The college received an application for an environmental permit for the activity "building" at the address Snijderstraat 4. It concerns the realization of an extension to the front of the house. It is recommended that the permit be granted.
The College decides:
1. to grant cooperation for the realization of an annex to the front of the house at Snijderstraat 4;
2. to grant an environmental permit for the activity 'building', under the condition that the form and design of the extension will be coordinated with the other (already realized) extensions in the street.
3. Council proposal Regiovision Protected Housing / Paul van Liempd
College Decision:
- Agree to the Regiovision Doordecentralisatie Beschermd Wonen 2022-2026;
- To submit the Regiovision Doordecentralisatie Beschermd Wonen 2022-2026 to the council for approval.
4. Implementation program 2022-2026 Grand! / Jos de Bruin
For the development of the Grand Strategy, the portfolio holder consultations Provisions and Events adopted an implementation program. This implementation program is submitted to the college for information. The council will be informed of this through the RIB.
College Decision:
- To take note of the 2022-2026 Implementation Program of the Grand!
- Inform the council on this through the RIB text.
(Re)development Van den Elsenstraat 3 decision in principle incl. preconditions and principles / John Frenken
A request in principle was submitted by the initiator on October 11, 2021 for the redevelopment of the Van den Elsenstraat 3 plot in Breugel. In 2014 a long-gabled farmhouse was demolished at this location. Since then, the land has been lying fallow. The initiator wishes to realize six houses on the parcel, including 3 terraced houses, a semi-detached house and 1 detached house, each consisting of 1 to 2 building layers. The preconditions and starting points have been mapped out on the basis of the existing policy during. The college is requested to agree with the 'preconditions and starting points' for the benefit of the development by the initiator of the initiative proposal. The initiator and his advisors are therefore invited to present a detailed plan based on these preconditions.
College Decision:
- To agree to the "preconditions and principles of redevelopment Van den Elsenstraat 3" for the redevelopment of the Van den Elsenstraat 3 development site;
- To inform the initiator in writing of the "preconditions and principles for redevelopment Van den Elsenstraat 3" and to request that they come up with a detailed plan that fulfills them.
(Re)development Ekkersrijt 4088-4090; adoption of zoning plan "Ekkersrijt; Entrance of Ekkersrijt" / John Frenken
On October 12, 2021, the college decided to make the draft zoning plan "Ekkersrijt; Entrance of Ekkersrijt" and the accompanying draft environmental permit available for inspection for the period of views or objections (October 21, 2021 to December 1, 2021) for the redevelopment of the business premises or parcel of land Ekkersrijt 4088-4090 into a home furnishing store in the 'Home & Living' segment under the coordination scheme. The period of views and/or objections did not result in any reactions. At the conclusion of this process, the zoning plan "Ekkersrijt; Entrance of Ekkersrijt" can be presented to the municipal council for adoption. After adoption of the zoning plan by the municipal council, the college can finally grant the environmental permit.
College Decision:
- To take note of the draft zoning plan "Ekkersrijt; Entrance of Ekkersrijt";
- To propose that the council adopt the zoning plan "Ekkersrijt; Entrance of Ekkersrijt" in accordance with the attached draft council proposal and draft council decision.
7. Task area Integration Act 2022 at Service Dommelvallei / Paul van Liempd
The municipal secretaries of the municipalities of Son en Breugel and Nuenen have indicated in the Management Consultation Service Dommelvallei (DOD) of December 15 last year that they wish to place the official implementation, organization and policy development of the new Integration Act with Service Dommelvallei from January 1, 2022. The proposal allows for municipal decision-making on this matter.
The college decides to approve the request to Service Dommelvallei to carry out, organize and develop the municipal tasks of the Integration Act from January 1, 2022.
8. Limited administrative response to Court of Audit inquiry Poverty in Son and Breugel / Paul van Liempd
The audit committee has investigated the poverty policy in the municipality of Son en Breugel. In September 2021, the audit committee presented the report to the municipal council. The college of mayors and aldermen was deliberately not asked for an administrative response. With this letter, the college provides a limited reaction to the report, so that it can serve as input for the council working group vision on poverty policy.
The college decides to agree with the administrative response to the audit study and send it to the audit committee.
9. Binding nominations members Supervisory Board PlatOO / Jos de Bruin
The Supervisory Board of School Board PlatOO consists of five members. For a vacancy, PlatOO nominates two new members.
The college decides to approve the appointment of Ms. Daphne Heeroma and Mr. Wout van Kessel as members of the Supervisory Board of school board PlatOO.
