3. Political Evening Feb. 13
The college takes note of the Political Evening program for February 13, 2025.
4. Administrative planning
The administrative planning document provides an overview of topics that will be included at some point in the agenda of a Political Evening or a council meeting for the purpose of providing advice, information, context, assessment, or decision-making. It is a dynamic document that is updated periodically. The administrative planning is discussed three times a year in a public council meeting: in February, June, and October/November. The next public discussion will take place on February 27, 2025.
The administrative planning is the result of an update cycle carried out in the second half of January. It is up to the contact persons to coordinate with the portfolio holders.
The planning is on a quarterly basis, and the topics are organized by budget program.
The Administrative Plan is now being submitted to the Executive Board for information. Subsequently, the plan, along with an accompanying letter and the legend, will be added to the meeting documents for the council meeting on February 27, 2025.
The Executive Board decides:
- To take note of the updated administrative schedule;
- To forward the administrative schedule, accompanied by the attached letter, to the City Council for consideration.
5. Joining Taxbus tender target group transport Wmo and flex. OV
For the new tender for Wmo-designated transport (Deeltaxi/CVV), the municipality of Son en Breugel is joining the Taxbus municipalities in Southeast Brabant. This establishes a regional tender for Wmo-designated transport for all clients with a transport referral. The tender is aimed at having a new agreement take effect as of March 1, 2026. At the request of the province, the tender also provides for flexible public transportation. This is therefore not the responsibility of the municipalities but of the province.
The municipal executive decides:
- To join the cooperation Taxbus (18 MRE municipalities and the province) in Southeast Brabant for a joint tendering of Target Group Transport (Deeltaxi/CVV) and flexible Public Transport;
- To agree to the decision of the Taxbus directors to initiate the procurement process and to agree to the decision points from the Memorandum of Principles;
- To authorize Alderman Steven Grevink to award, enter into the agreement and the Mayor to authorize Alderman Steven Grevink to sign the agreement on her behalf;
- the college adopts the RIB text and gives text mandate to Alderman Steven Grevink and Alderman Jan Boersma.
6. Risk analysis child care and educational disadvantage policy 2023
The Education Inspectorate conducts an annual risk analysis of the municipality’s accountability for supervision and enforcement in the areas of child care and the policy on educational disadvantages (LEA/vve). The municipality is informed of the results in writing.
The municipal executive decides:
- To take note of the outcome of the Inspectorate of Education's Child Care Supervision and Enforcement 2023 risk analysis;
- To take note of the outcome risk analysis child care and educational disadvantage policy 2023;
- To adopt the RIB with text mandate to Alderman Grevink.
