3. Political Evening Feb. 13

The college takes note of the Political Evening program for February 13, 2025.

4. Administrative planning

The administrative schedule provides an overview of topics to be included in the program of a Political Evening or the agenda of a council meeting at any given time in an advisory, informative, opinion-forming, judgmental or decision-making capacity. It is a dynamic document that is periodically updated. Administrative planning is discussed 3 times a year in a public council meeting: in February, June and October/November. The next public discussion will take place on February 27, 2025.
The administrative planning is the result of an update exercise conducted in the 2nd half of January. In this regard, it is up to the contact persons to seek coordination with the portfolio holders.
The planning is at the quarterly level and the topics are arranged by budget program.
The Administrative Planning is now before the college for notification. Thereafter, the planning with a cover letter and legend will be added to the meeting documents for the February 27, 2025 council meeting.

The college decides:

  1. To take note of the updated administrative schedule;
  2. To forward the administrative schedule, accompanied by the attached letter, to the City Council for consideration.

5. Joining Taxbus tender target group transport Wmo and flex. OV

For the new tender of the target group transport Wmo (Deeltaxi/CVV) the municipality of Son and Breugel joins the Taxbus municipalities in Southeast Brabant. This is a regional tender for the target group transport Wmo for all clients with a transport indication. The tender aims to have a new agreement in place by March 1, 2026. At the request of the province, the tender also provides for flexible Public Transport. This is therefore not a responsibility of the municipalities but of the province.

The college decides: 

  1. To join the cooperation Taxbus (18 MRE municipalities and the province) in Southeast Brabant for a joint tender of the Target Group Transport (Deeltaxi/CVV) and flexible Public Transport;
  2. To agree to the decision of the Taxbus directors to initiate the tender process and agree to the decision points from the Memorandum of Principles;
  3. To authorize Alderman Steven Grevink to award, enter into the agreement and the Mayor to authorize Alderman Steven Grevink to sign the agreement on her behalf;
  4. the college adopts the RIB text and gives text mandate to Alderman Steven Grevink and Alderman Jan Boersma.

6. Risk analysis child care and educational disadvantage policy 2023

The Inspectorate of Education conducts an annual risk analysis on municipal accountability supervision and enforcement childcare and educational disadvantage policy (LEA/vve). The municipality will be informed of the outcome by letter.

The college decides:

  1. To take note of the outcome of the Inspectorate of Education's Child Care Supervision and Enforcement 2023 risk analysis;
  2. To take note of the outcome risk analysis child care and educational disadvantage policy 2023;
  3. To adopt the RIB with text mandate to Alderman Grevink.
