School Board PlatOO submits the 2021 annual report to the
municipality. The financial statements are healthy and do not raise any questions at this time.

4. Transportation of Ukrainian students / Jos de Bruin
Ukrainian children residing in the municipality of Son en Breugel (4 to 17 years old) attend the
central educational location (COL) in Eindhoven. Municipalities have the direction and
responsibility for pupil transport to Ukrainian children. At this time
the physical and social safety of the children cannot be guaranteed when they
have to go to the COL on their own. There is therefore one line drawn with the
Eindhoven municipality which has decided to extend the bus transport after the May vacations until
the summer vacations.
The college decides to provide bus transportation until the summer vacation for Ukrainian children
to the Central educational location in Eindhoven.
5. Recovery action financial coverage current formation Youth counselors and behavioral scientist / Paul van Liempd
In November 2021, the City Council approved the 2022 budget. This made
made credit available for filling a number of vital positions within the CMD
including expansion of the youth counselor/case director formation and expansion of the
behavioral scientist. All this in accordance with the CMD business plan. In the last quarter of
2021 it was noted that the current basic formation for youth counselors and the
behavioral scientist last year was financed on the basis of hiring and that there is
no structural financial coverage is available in the budget. By using the available space
for hiring ad 142,000 now put in for the structural formation, this will be
corrected. The structural formation now matches the formation as included in the business plan.
the business plan. Through this remedial action, financial coverage takes place without additional
financial resources are needed.
College Decision:
- Agree to reduce the budget 1st line provision CMD (hiring) by € 129,000 to cover the basic formation behavioral scientist (€ 27,000) and youth consultant/GGZE (€ 102,000) and in addition € 85,000 to withdraw from FCL implementation costs Youth and in addition € 85,000 to be structurally withdrawn for the basic formation (youth consultants);
- Agree that the balance of €13,000 hiring 1st line provision will remain available for hiring in 2022. From 2023 these funds will move to the organizational budget;
- to include hiring from 2023 onwards not in program 2 (1st line provision CMD) but in the organizational budget.
