2. Addendum to previous agreement on amendment plan for rural area, Airborneweg 51 / Jelle de Jong

On September 6, 2022, the council decided to adopt the amendment plan "Buitengebied, Airborneweg 51." During the six-week appeal period, both the province and the De Dommel water board submitted an official response. To prevent this from resulting in an appeal by both authorities, it was agreed that an addendum would be added to the
prior agreement or the amendment plan. The council is asked to approve the addendum.

The council decides to approve the addendum and to add it to the previous agreement, concluded on December 22, 2020, and January 6, 2021, respectively, and the amendment plan "Buitengebied, Airborneweg 51" adopted on September 6, 2022.

3. College program 2022-2026 / Hans Gaillard

A municipal executive program has been drawn up as an implementation of the administrative agreement. The draft version has been discussed with the municipal council. The final version is ready for adoption. The municipal executive program contains approximately 125 concrete action points to be implemented in the 2022-2026 period. The program includes two appendices: a planning table and a relationship matrix.

The council decides to adopt the Son en Breugel Council Program 2022-2026 with planning and the relationship matrix.

On October 20, 2022, VoorU! and the VVD sent written questions about Blink.

The council decides to respond to the written questions from VoorU! and the VVD about Blink.

5. Repeal of the 2022 precario tax regulation / Jan Boersma

Due in part to the restrictive measures, hospitality businesses have been hit hard financially by the coronavirus crisis. The waiver of the precario tax provides some financial relief.

The council approves the draft council proposal to repeal the 2022 precario tax regulation.

6. Isolating the Green Zone / Steven Grevink

The municipality of Son en Breugel has been participating in De Groene Zone Zonnepanelen (The Green Zone Solar Panels) since 2017. A total of 215 local installations have been installed. In the region, we are working on expanding the Green Zone to include insulation. We are proposing to the municipal council that it participate in "The Green Zone Insulation." The ambition is to help 260 households in Son en Breugel insulate their homes by 2027.

College Decision:

  • propose to the city council to participate in "The Green Zone Insulation";
  • to adopt the image-building memorandum.
