The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Addendum anterior agreement to amendment plan Buitengebied, Airborneweg 51 / Jelle de Jong

On September 6, 2022, the college decided to adopt the amendment plan "Buitengebied, Airborneweg 51". During the appeal period of 6 weeks, both the province and water board De Dommel gave an official reaction. In order to prevent this from resulting in an appeal by both bodies, it has been agreed that an addendum to the
agreement or the amendment plan. The college is asked to agree to the addendum.

The college decides to agree to the addendum and add it to the antecedent agreement, concluded December 22, 2020 or January 6, 2021 and the amendment plan "Buitengebied, Airborneweg 51" adopted September 6, 2022.

3. College program 2022-2026 / Hans Gaillard

As an elaboration of the administrative agreement, a college program was prepared. The draft of this has been discussed with the City Council. The final version can be adopted. The college program contains about 125 concrete action items to be implemented in the annual tranches 2022-2026. The program includes two appendices: a planning table and a relationship matrix.

The college decides to adopt the College Program Son and Breugel 2022-2026 with planning and the relationship matrix.

On Oct. 20, 2022, written questions were sent from VoorU! and the VVD regarding Blink.

The college decides to answer the written questions from VoorU! and the VVD about Blink.


5. Repeal regulation on precario tax 2022 / Jan Boersma

Among other restrictive measures, hospitality operators have been hit hard financially by the corona crisis. Not levying the precario tax will provide some financial relief.

The college agrees with the draft council proposal for repealing the 2022 precariance tax ordinance.

6. Isolating the Green Zone / Steven Grevink

The municipality of Son and Breugel has participated in De Groene Zone Solar Panels since 2017. A total of 215 local installations have been installed. In the region, we are working to broaden the Green Zone to include insulating. We propose to the municipal council to participate in "The Green Zone Insulation". The ambition is to help 260 households in Son en Breugel through 2027 to insulate their homes.

  • To propose to the City Council to participate in "Isolate the Green Zone";
  • adopt the imaging memorandum.
