New Blink Waste app
On December 8, 2025, Blink introduced a completely revamped Blink Waste app. This app allows you to manage all your waste matters faster and more easily. The current app will continue to work until December 31, 2025. From January 1, 2026, Blink will switch over completely and the old app will no longer be usable.
What can you find in the app?
- Report issues immediately (e.g., litter, full collection containers, incorrectly disposed waste).
- Check your personal waste collection calendar.
- All information about waste (separation) in one place.
- Clear navigation and improved functionalities.
When to switch?
- Starting December 8, 2025: You can download the Blink app for free from the Google Play Store or App Store (search for mijnblink).
- Until December 31, 2025: old app still works.
- From January 1, 2026: old app will no longer work.
New customer service
In addition to the new app, Blink will also launch its own in-house customer service department on December 8.
