Unrepaired trees gone at Old Lake, Woodland West and Gentian Avenue

Last year, due to the 2023/2024 flooding, we had to remove trees near Old Lake and in the Forest Area West. Some of the trees we left in the hope that they would regenerate. Unfortunately, that didn't happen with some of them. Therefore, we are still going to remove them.

These are some trees around Old Lake, near the forest edge Gentian Avenue and the Forest Area West. We will remove the trees here and plant new trees in their place.

Ash mortality

At 2 locations near the Groote Beek, ash trees are affected by ash dieback. For safety, we are going to remove these as well.
