Youth medal Son and Breugel for Isa Beau Verleg

On Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, Mayor Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen presented the Youth Medal of the Municipality of Son and Breugel to Isa Beau Verleg.

The presentation took place in the presence of her family and classmates in Isa's classroom at Stokland School in Breugel.

With the Youth Medal, the municipality of Son and Breugel puts a young person (up to and including 18 years of age) in the spotlight who has dedicated themselves in a distinguished way.

Isa Beau Verleg

Isa Verleg has been raising money for KWF Cancer Relief in various ways. She sold homemade keychains and earrings, she collected deposit bottles, she went door-to-door asking for someone to donate, and she started a fundraising page on KWF's site. In the end, she raised more than €1,200. Considering Isa's age, this is a great achievement.
