Household assistance
What is it?
If you can no longer do everything yourself in the household, the municipality can help you with this. Together with you, the municipality will look for a solution.
What to do.
The starting point is your own responsibility. You are not automatically entitled to household help. If you want to know if you are eligible for help with housekeeping, contact the CMD, tel. (0499) 491 470. We will then make an appointment for a personal interview. During this meeting, the municipality will examine with you what you can still do yourself and what your immediate environment can contribute. Only if it appears during this interview that the help from your own environment is insufficient, we will examine whether household help is an appropriate facility for you.
After the housekeeping help is assigned to you, the further course of action will be discussed with you, such as choosing the organization that provides the help.
