In our country, Lent has a long tradition of performances of the St. Matthew and St. John Passions; every year, the number of performances of these works is published in the national Passion barometer. These are beautiful works, but they overshadow many other gems of choral literature for this period. In this Passion concert, we would like to put some of these gems in the spotlight. Rheinberger's 'Stabat Mater', Cererols' '¡Ay, qué dolor' and Dubra's 'O Crux ave' are gems that will be performed.
