A more versatile instrument than the accordion does not exist! D'Accord Encore is happy to let you hear that at this special anniversary concert. Jubilee concert? Under the inspiring leadership of Riet Smulders we float this musical afternoon from classical via folk to musical, from Argentina via Tunisia to (the West Side of) New York. For this special occasion, the First Gooi Accordion Society Musicorda is also present. Musicorda literally means "music from the heart." And that is what they have been doing for almost 69 years. With two inspiring conductors: Tim Fletcher for the A orchestra and Roelof van Kooi for the B orchestra. Both men conduct with passion and enthusiasm, always taking the orchestras a step further.
