New Signs

At four locations in the village, the old signs have been replaced with new billboards. We will also be posting information about events and activities on these signs.  

An outside company manages the signs and the advertisements. The advertising revenue makes it possible to install these signs. 

You can still submit information about events and activities to us for free and have it posted.

Locations

The new signs are located at:

  • Extended Gentiaanlaan
  • Planet Avenue
  • Boslaan
  • Eindhovenseweg

The sign on Stakenburgstraat has been removed.

At the moment, there are no events or activities listed on the signs. That’s about to change! We still need to make some preparations and organize things first. In the meantime, you can submit events or activities.

Have you submitted any events or activities before? If so, you don't need to resubmit them. We'll include those submissions on the new signs as well.

Would you like to post an event or activity on the signs located at various spots throughout the village and/or add it to the events calendar? 

Add event to event calendar and/or place on digital bulletin boards 

 

Requirements for posting in the event calendar and on bulletin boards

  • Events/activities take place in Son en Breugel;
  • Events/activities take place (if required) with the approval of the municipality (event permit);
  • Events / activities are notified at least three weeks before they take place by the organization of the event / activity itself;
  • Events/activities are general in nature (no target group is excluded, is open to all);
  • Events/activities are incidental (i.e. not the weekly competition program of a sports club);
  • Events/activities do not have a partisan or philosophical character;
  • Events / activities are of a non-commercial nature. An exception to this guideline are events / activities of a commercial nature that are free to attend and / or make a positive contribution to the reputation and image of Son en Breugel and / or the municipality considers publicity support desirable.
