Report a Protest or Demonstration
Protesting is a fundamental right. To ensure the protest runs smoothly, you are required to notify the municipality in advance. Submit your notification at least 48 hours before the protest begins. Notifying the municipality of a protest or demonstration is free of charge.
When should you report it?
Notify us of the demonstration 48 hours before it begins and before you announce it on social media.
Demonstration on the weekend or on recognized holidays
- Demonstrations on Friday afternoons or on the weekend: Please sign up by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the latest
- Demonstrations on recognized holidays: Notify the authorities 2 business days before the date and time of the demonstration
