You can now provide feedback on the initial ideas

The DRC East project involves the construction of a single underground pipeline, including technical installations. This pipeline will be used to transportCO2 from the German border near Venlo to Boxtel. The route follows, as much as possible, the corridor designated for this purpose in the National Energy Infrastructure Plan (the “PEH corridor”).

The image shows the route of the pipeline. A more detailed map showing the route of the PEH corridor is available atwww.gasunie.nl/drc-oost. The exact location of the pipelines will be further specified in the following steps.

You have until May 7, 2026, to provide feedback on these initial ideas. You can read more about this in the Notice and Proposal for Public Participation. This document also explains how you can get involved in this process. You can find this document atwww.rvo.nl/drc-oost. You can also submit your feedback on this webpage.
