Municipal Politics Course
The municipal council of Son en Breugel is organizing a course in municipal politics. The course is intended for everyone who wants to know more about the municipality and politics within a municipality. The course is very suitable for anyone who might be interested in becoming politically active, but does not yet know exactly what the possibilities are.
The course is free of charge. There are 25 spots available for students. You can sign up for the course, using the button below, through Aug. 17. Please note that full = full. After registrations close, you will receive information about preparations for the course.
Program*
The course consists of 3 meetings:
Meeting 1 - Tuesday, Sept. 9
Introductions and introductions to the congregation
Meeting 2 - Tuesday, Sept. 16
Governing bodies and exerting influence
Meeting 3 - Tuesday, Sept. 23
City council: roles and tools
*Times will be announced later. Meetings will probably start at 7:30 p.m.
Location
The course will take place at the Son en Breugel Town Hall, Raadhuisplein 1.
