Homes will be built on the site where De Regenboog primary school once stood. The building has now been demolished and construction of the homes is expected to start in September 2026.

The plan provides for the construction of 23 social housing units, spread over two buildings connected by a footbridge. Parking is available on the south side of the buildings.
