Dear Sir/Madam,
In early February 2025, you received a letter from us informing you that we would work with you on a development plan for Breeakker - northern area. In this letter, we will tell you more about the process.
You are cordially invited to the first drop-in session on April 8, 2025.
The session will take place on the green space at Nachtegaallaan/Heriklaan between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. There is no need to register in advance. There is no central presentation.
During the drop-in session, you can talk to employees of cocosmos, the firms Woonscope and FAAM Architects and the council. These agencies, commissioned by the council, have drawn up the development vision and are now working with us and you to design the development plan.
Until 08:00 pm, the walk-in is only for residents of Breeakker-Noord.
After 08:00 pm, other interested parties and organizations from Son en Breugel are also welcome.
The second drop-in session will take place on June 2. We aim to finalize the development plan by mid-2025.

We have now appointed Ms. Rachida Achhoud from Bureau Fiks. She is available to discuss any concerns you may have, matters related to your home or housing situation, and any questions about the development of Breeakker - northern area. For the development plan, we will start with some studies.
For example, all trees in the public space in the area will soon be mapped, so that we can get a good idea of the existing green spaces we need to take into account in future development. We will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience caused by the work.
The development plan will not be implemented in the coming years.
We are not making any changes to your living situation or the neighborhood at this stage. However, we will be working with you to develop a plan for the area. This will involve two opportunities for participation, which will take the form of drop-in sessions. In addition, you can also share your thoughts and ideas online via the online platform www.toekomstbreeakkernoord.nl.
We are in discussions with Woonbedrijf regarding the acquisition of the residential properties.
Woonbedrijf has offered its residential property to the council. In consultations about the possible purchase, we are assisted by the organisation Fakton. They are more specialised in this than the council. Do you have any questions about Woonbedrijf's plans? If so, please contact Woonbedrijf directly. Do you have questions about your rental contract? Please contact your landlord.
Enexis will be carrying out work on the energy network in the near future.
These works are independent from the Breeakker - northern area development. You will receive information about Enexis' work from the contractor concerned or from Enexis.
