Flag request for raising theme flag
It is possible to submit a request to the college to raise a theme flag to draw attention to a topic or theme.
The portfolio holder of flag protocol decides on a flag request on behalf of the college, if necessary in consultation with the portfolio holder of the topic. The length of time the flag is raised is determined on a situation-by-situation basis.
Appointment flags
We have made the following arrangements for hanging flags in Son and Breugel.
- At the town hall and the combination building (fire station and district administration), the town flag is always flying.
- On some days and times we hang the Dutch flag and theme flags at the town hall. On some days we also flag at the monument near Europalaan.

- Oct. 11 Coming Out Day
- November 25: Orange the world

- When the prime minister has spoken out / taken a stand.
