The traffic control installation at the Bestseweg-Gentiaanlaan intersection is defective and needs to be replaced.
A temporary replacement installation will be installed on Tuesday, December 3.
Construction may cause additional traffic disruption at that time. After that, the traffic situation will be the same as before the breakdown.
The traffic controllers will remain present -during rush hours- until the temporary installation is working.
In the absence of the traffic controllers, normal right of way rules apply.
The installation is on malfunction with orange flashing lights. We ask road users to be extra alert when approaching the intersection in question.
