Insulating your home will reduce your energy costs. We offer a subsidy of €1,250 for insulating your home, if the WOZ value of your home is less than €429,300.

What can you insulate?

The discount allows you to have a variety of insulation jobs done, including:

• Floor insulation
• Roof insulation
• Cavity wall insulation
• Insulating glass

Calculation example:

To insulate the walls of a townhouse, the average cost is €2,000. With the €1,250 subsidy we offer, you as a homeowner will pay €750. 

How do you apply for the grant?

Go to the website www.degroenezone.nl/isolatie for more information and to submit your application. The grant is processed immediately, so you do not have to advance it first.

Green zone isolation is part of the "What we do is green!" campaign, through which the municipality is taking steps with residents, community and commercial partners to meet shared sustainability goals.
