Structural grants
When there are ongoing activities or work that recurs annually, it is possible to apply for a structural grant.
The application deadline for structural grants is June 1 prior to the grant year.
During the application process you will be asked some questions, answers to these questions will help provide insight into grant opportunities for your organization. At the end, you will be asked to upload a budget and a substantive work or activity plan for the grant year. If your organization receives a grant for accommodation costs, the budget should include a breakdown of rental costs. A membership list should be submitted if your organization receives a membership grant or if the number of members of your organization determines the amount of the appreciation grant.
After this, it is also possible to account for the previous year's grant, this is an obligation and must be done no later than April 1 after the end of the grant year (If you receive an annual appreciation grant, then you do not have to submit financial statements, these fixed appreciation grants are established directly at the time of grant award).
Upon completion of your application, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Before the start of the grant year (January 1), you will receive a letter (the decision) containing the decision of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen on your grant application.
