The administrative agreement "Working together in for with Son en Breugel" provides an overview of the main themes and topics the council wants to focus on in this period, the council agenda. This list of topics was created with the input of all parties in the council. Several topics on this council agenda have deliberately not been filled in specifically, in order to meet the wish to discuss these council-wide.

All parties want to give more room for council-wide debate and also more guidance on topics by the council. Some topics have therefore already provided input for council-wide debate. These comments have been incorporated into the separate council agenda.

A number of parties on the council - DorpsVisie, CDA, PvdA/GroenLinks, D66 and Dorpsbelang - have reached further agreements on some topics. Those agreements are contained in the administrative agreement. The agreements on these topics form the basis for achieving results during this period. Incidentally, for most agreements, although the objective has been formulated, the "how" has not yet been fleshed out. This leaves as much room as possible for council-wide debate.
