What does the plan entail?

The plan includes the construction of 45 ground-level homes (townhouses, detached houses, semi-detached houses and semi-detached houses) and 1 detached house. 

They are:

• 40 houses for sale: 4 in the low-cost segment, 16 in the medium-cost segment and 20 in the high-cost segment;
• 5 mid-rent homes;
• 1 expensive owner-occupied house.

At what stage?

The Plan Preparation Phase has been completed. The development agreement has been concluded and signed. The planning procedure in the form of the draft zoning plan has been completed. The zoning plan has been appealed. We are awaiting a hearing at the Council of State (expected 2025).

Participation opportunities?

V.O.F. Planeten/Eind has organized several meetings with local residents during the planning phase. This phase has been completed.

The start of construction depends, among other things, on the progress of the proceedings at the State Council.
