The existing house on this large parcel will be demolished.
Twelve apartments and a detached house will be built.

The plan procedure draft zoning plan has been completed. The zoning plan has been appealed. We are waiting for the decision of the Council of State (expected 2025).

Participation opportunities?

CRA real estate organized several meetings for local residents and held discussions with local residents. This phase has been completed.
