1st amendment Fees Ordinance 2024 including fee table
The council adopts the 1st Amendment to Fee Ordinance 2024 and accompanying fee table.
Every year, the council sets the rates of fees and charges for the following year. The fee table previously included incorrect rates for driver's license applications.
Establish spending council groups 2023
The council decides:
- Determine expenditures by group for 2023;
- Establish the reserve to be returned by group;
- Establish the remaining reserve by group as of January 1, 2024
The Official Assistance and Group Support Regulation 2023 stipulates that the political groups receive an annual financial contribution to cover the costs of the functioning of the group, consisting of a fixed amount per group. For 2023, €1000 per group has been allocated. Each group provides a written account to the council on the use of the contribution
Pilot City Council and social media
The council decides:
- launch the "City Council and Social Media" pilot;
- before the 2026 municipal elections to evaluate the pilot, applying the following concerns or criteria:
a. Awareness of the account
b. Recognizability of the account
c. Appreciation for the account - Cover the cost of the social media pilot from the council budget
The council previously established a council working group on social media with the task of preparing a practical guide with agreements and guidelines on the basis of which the city council can raise its profile on social media. This guide is now ready.
Regional mobility vision Metropolitan Eindhoven Region (MRE).
The council adopts the Regional Mobility Vision.
The aim of the vision is to keep the living environment in the MRE livable and accessible in the future. The council adopted a view on the draft on April 18, 2024. Together with the views of the other MRE municipalities these have led to adjustment of this vision. The final version is now available for adoption by all municipalities in the MRE area.
Draft budget Joint arrangement (GR) Blink 2025
The council decides:
- Not to submit a view on the draft 2025 budget of the GR Blink;
- incorporate the financial implications into the 2025-2028 multi-year budget.
The municipality is a member of 7 Joint Arrangements (GR). Each GR has its own budget and prior to its adoption, the municipal council is given the opportunity to submit an opinion
Adoption "Design review memo draft zoning plan Breugel; Planetenlaan - Eind" and zoning plan "Breugel; Planetenlaan - Eind"
The council decides:
- adopt and adopt responses to the views and ex officio desired modifications, as described and considered in the "Views Note Breugel; Planetenlaan - Eind";
- To adopt the zoning plan "Breugel; Planetenlaan - Eind" with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP403BREUGELVA01" as amended and to make it available digitally;
- Declare the Crisis and Recovery Act applicable to zoning plan "Breugel; Planetenlaan - Eind";
- Pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act, not to adopt an exploitation plan for zoning plan "Breugel; Planetenlaan - Eind".
This plan legally regulates the redevelopment of the Planets Avenue - End site with the realization of 46 housing units.
Housing CMD, credit request for modification and furnishing of location Heistraat 6
The council decides(amendment):
- To make available a credit of € 356,200 for adaptation and furnishing of the location Heistraat 6 in Son for the accommodation of the CMD and to charge the associated annual capital costs of € 20,659 from 2025 onwards to the budget balance;
- incorporate the financial implications into the 7th Budget Amendment 2024;
- include any book loss on termination of the lease as a risk in future financial statements.
The CMD is moving to Heistraat 6. At this location, quality services can be provided, with sufficient privacy and security for residents who need help and support.
