Built in 1878 for the Sisters of Charity. In 1939 the chapel was built on and the convent received a new facade.

With the introduction of the Compulsory Education Act, the convent was flooded with even more girls for primary education. Therefore, in 1906, the new (Catholic) girls' school was built next to the convent. The statue in its facade is Saint Alphonsus, which recalls its founder: pastor Alphonsus van Ravensteijn. In 1991, the Sisters of Charity left and it became a hotel-restaurant from 1993 to 2024. Now the former girls' school serves as a beer tasting room cum brewery.
