Cadastral information
What is it?
The Land Registry collects data on ownership of land, houses, factories, ships and aircraft. Also, the Land Registry has:
- topographic data
- surveying data
- data on restrictions on property and
- data on underground cables and pipes
All this information can be obtained from the Land Registry.
What to do.
- You can request the information from the Land Registry.
- If you are in doubt about the area of a piece of land or the boundary between your yard and your neighbor's yard, you can ask the Land Registry to indicate the boundaries on your land. Request a cadastral Map through the Land Registry.
- You can also view spatial plans through Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl.

You can request the following cadastral information from the Land Registry:
- cadastral message
- mortgage message
- extract of cadastral Map with environment map
- purchase and sale prices of homes in your neighborhood
- housing report
