Cadastral information

What is it?

The Land Registry collects data on ownership of land, houses, factories, ships and aircraft. Also, the Land Registry has:

  • topographic data
  • surveying data
  • data on property restrictions and
  • data on underground cables and pipes

All this information can be obtained from the Land Registry.

What to do.

  • You can request the information from the Land Registry.
  • If you are in doubt about the area of a piece of land or the boundary between your yard and that of your neighbors, you can ask the Land Registry to indicate the boundaries on your land. Request a cadastral Map through the Land Registry.
  • You can also view spatial plans through Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl.

  • cadastral message
  • mortgage message
  • extract of cadastral Map with environment map
  • purchase and sale prices of homes in your neighborhood
  • housing report
