Parking space requests

What is it?

A disabled parking space is a parking space for people with physical disabilities. Other drivers are not allowed to park their cars here.

You can apply for your own disabled parking space near your home or workplace to the municipality. You will then be given a reserved parking space where only the vehicle with your license plate may park.

What to do.

Fill out the online disabled parking application form, and attach attachments to the form:

  • European Disabled Parking Card;
  • sketch of the desired public parking lot;
  • copy of the vehicle's registration certificate (license plate).

Your application will be reviewed. If granted, this will be published in Staatscourant. There is then a period of 6 weeks in which objections can be made by third parties. If no objections are filed, the disabled parking space will be established.
