What is it?

Do you have a long-term (more than six months) physical disability that prevents you from walking more than 100 meters with aids such as a cane or crutches? If so, you may be eligible for a GPK driver. Are you continuously dependent on driver assistance for door-to-door transportation? Then you may qualify for a disabled passenger parking permit.

What do we need?

• valid identification
• a good-looking recent passport photo
• the completed application form
• when renewing - your old disabled parking permit

Medical examination

To qualify for a disabled parking permit, you must meet a number of Requirements . Medical examination must show whether you meet these requirements. This is not necessary if a previous examination shows that you meet the Requirements . The medical examination is performed by an external medical agency. You will always receive written notification from us.
