To assess whether cooperation can be granted for your desired area development, consider the following costs:

1. an amount of € 3,276 (price level 2024) for handling your initiative proposal and the assessment of your request at the so-called intake table. Here it is determined whether there are chances / possibilities to cooperate with your initiative proposal for the desired area development;
2. an amount of € 4,410 (price level 2024) for the assessment of your request at the so-called environment table. Here the "preconditions and starting points" are determined that you must take into account if you are going to further develop your area development;
3. An amount for the so-called cost recovery. These are the costs you reimburse us for the further guidance of your elaboration of the area development you want. We determine this amount together on the basis of our 'planning cost scan';
4. costs for the required advice;
5. an amount of €11,340 (price level 2024) for the procedure of amending the environmental plan;
6. an amount of €11,340 (price level 2024) for an out-of-plan environment plan activity with an extended procedure. If cost recovery is applied, this includes the costs for the procedure of amending the environmental plan;
7. costs for later required environmental permits and opinions.

Please note that if we do not cooperate with your desired area development, the fees paid will not be refunded.
