After your desired area development has been approved by us after elaboration, you can apply for the required environmental permit(s).

In principle, you can begin your activities after the required environmental permit(s) have been granted. However, this is at your own risk. After all, a granted environmental permit can still be "objected to" by others.

If you want real certainty, then you must wait 6 weeks for the resolution of this "objection.
