The realization of an area development usually requires an out-of-plan environmental plan activity (Bopa) with an extensive procedure or an amendment of the environmental plan and/or an environmental permit. So you can't just get started.

There is a lot involved in realizing an area development and obtaining the necessary environmental permit(s) to do so.

Intake interview
