Collective Gentian actions repeated due to success

Last year, the Gentian neighborhood team selected a number of collective offers for residents. These offers were presented to the neighborhood during a neighborhood evening late last year. Many residents have already taken advantage of this action and it is now being repeated due to success.

 

The neighborhood team has selected good, reliable suppliers for HR++ glass, flat roof insulation, pitched roof insulation, ventilation boxes and heat pumps.

  • Replace your old double glazing for HR ++ insulated glass: for more comfort and less gas consumption; 
  • Renovate your old flat roof with additional insulation or install additional insulation boards on top of your existing flat roof;
  • Replace your old central heating boiler (>15 years) with a new one, combined with a hybrid heat pump and save 50-70% gas;
  • Prevent 30% heat loss from a poorly insulated pitched roof;
  • Replace the old mechanical ventilation box to a 70% more economical ventilation box with CO2 or humidity sensor for the (internal) bathroom/toilet and have the old ventilation ducts cleaned;
  • Get a free inspection for (after) insulation cavity or floor insulation.
