What does it cost?
To apply for a permit, you pay a fee. The fee table of the dues ordinance 2025 lists the fees.
You also pay a fee for a draft request. These are lower than the fees for an application for an environmental permit. If we evaluate the draft request positively, you can submit a final application for an environmental permit. The costs of the draft request will be deducted from the costs of the environmental permit. This means you do not pay any additional fees.
If we refuse an environmental permit, you will pay part of the fees. You will also have to pay part of the fees if the application is left out of consideration or withdrawn by you during consideration.
How do we calculate construction costs?
The amount of fees payable depends on the amount of construction costs. We determine the construction costs using the ROEB list. This list includes the construction costs of the most common structures. The construction costs are based on current unit prices. Using these unit prices, we calculate the construction costs of your structure. These construction costs are the basis for calculating the building fees. And therefore not the actual construction costs or an estimate.
Unit prices are set by type of construction work and used by most municipalities in the region. Thus, the same fees are paid for the same type of structures. Even if you are going to build yourself or use used materials.
